To offer you complete peace of mind during delivery, we offer the Worry-Free Delivery option, insured by Seel , a licensed insurer in the United States.

1. Why choose Worry-Free Delivery?

With this insurance, your order is protected against:

The loss

Theft (porch piracy)

Transport damage

Significant delays .

IT IS VERY EASILY ACTIVATED IN YOUR CART, WITH A SINGLE CLICK

Insurance is optional, but highly recommended to secure the shipment of a vintage item.

Cost: 2% of your order amount

2. Declaration covers and windows

A. LOSS
A parcel is considered lost if it is not delivered after 30 days (France) or 90 days (international).

  • Compensation: full refund of the amount of your order.
  • Declaration window : up to 90 days after the order date

B. SIGNIFICANT DELAY

A parcel is considered to be significantly delayed if it is not delivered after 10 days (France) or 30 days (international).

  • Compensation: €5 per order
  • Declaration window : up to 90 days after the order date
C. TRANSPORT DAMAGE

The following are covered: Fracture, breakage, crushed mechanism, deformed casing.
Not covered: Micro-scratches, natural wear and tear, original defects, preparation errors.

  • Compensation: full refund of the amount of your order.
  • Declaration window : up to 7 days after receiving the package
D. THEFT (PORCH PIRACY)

Package marked as "Delivered" but stolen.

  • Compensation: full refund of the amount of your order.
  • Declaration window : from the "day of delivery" up to 7 days after receiving the package

3. To file your complaint

A. From the email received after your purchase

Open the automated email titled: "Worry-Free Delivery - File a Claim"
Then click on the File a Claim button.

B. From your order tracking page

Go to the Very Vintage / ParcelPanel tracking page associated with your order.
A "Submit a complaint" button appears directly in the "Worry-Free Delivery" module.

C. Next, complete the form in the secure Seel portal
D. Once your application is approved

The refund is paid directly to your payment method , without any intervention from Very Vintage.

No, it's optional, but highly recommended for vintage pieces.

Can I add insurance after placing my order?

No, it must be selected at the time of payment.

Does Very Vintage play a role in the refund process?

No, the insurer Seel takes care of everything. This guarantees clear and impartial processing.

What happens if I haven't subscribed to the Worry-Free Delivery insurance?

In this case, Very Vintage's standard conditions apply (delays, loss, damage, etc.).
