2. Declaration covers and windows
A. LOSS
A parcel is considered lost if it is not delivered after 30 days (France) or 90 days (international).
- Compensation: full refund of the amount of your order.
- Declaration window : up to 90 days after the order date
B. SIGNIFICANT DELAY
A parcel is considered to be significantly delayed if it is not delivered after 10 days (France) or 30 days (international).
- Compensation: €5 per order
- Declaration window : up to 90 days after the order date
C. TRANSPORT DAMAGE
The following are covered: Fracture, breakage, crushed mechanism, deformed casing.
Not covered: Micro-scratches, natural wear and tear, original defects, preparation errors.
- Compensation: full refund of the amount of your order.
- Declaration window : up to 7 days after receiving the package
D. THEFT (PORCH PIRACY)
Package marked as "Delivered" but stolen.
- Compensation: full refund of the amount of your order.
- Declaration window : from the "day of delivery" up to 7 days after receiving the package
